SSWE (short story with endings) publishing house opens its series with the book: Sceriff.
Where to personify the character of the book is the author. I started with the figure of the sheriff out of a need to exorcise this tendency of mine to judge, control to be distrustful, finally coming to wonder if he was not a figure that reflected this individualistic, alienating, self-righteous society, a figure in the midst of a crisis. This book aims to tell a wild, contemporary everyday life that orbits around the image of failure, a theme omnipresent in the project (SSWE), explored both in its lighter, playful aspect and on a more deeply existential level.
The stories define situations of clear defeat, particularly ridiculous failures, so egregious as to become spectacular and sometimes paradoxical. Inability and embarrassment end up being sublimated into the icon of failure. Failure thus becomes synonymous with humanity and is sometimes the bearer of breakthroughs. -Publisher
